A FHIR R4 terminology server with SNOMED CT (incl. the Danish extension), ICD-10, ICD-10-NO, ICD-11, LOINC, NPU, SKS, ICPC-2 and FSIII loaded and kept current, with versioned code systems, rated mappings between them and licence management built in. Hosted in Europe or on your own servers.
